Tulsa
Central High School Military Veterans & KIA/MIA
Tulsa Central High School drew
students from all parts of the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Some of the
students came from West Tulsa. The school listed men and women who served in the
armed forces of the United States beginning December 7, 1941 in the 1945 Tom
Tom. Some of them entered the service
during times of war and fought bravely. Others went to war and
returned with diminished abilities due to injuries sustained in combat.
Some westside men went to war and returned home to be laid to rest.
And, there are a few who were killed in combat and never returned.
This site is a memorial to our service
members who served our country, that we can continue to have the freedoms
that others in the world wish they had. The gold background indicates
the serviceman was killed or missing in action.
